The waiting period is over, I finally managed to finish the tutorial about creating character models for VC! Another tutorial is the article on how to avoid double faces in collision files, which I already posted on GTAF some time ago.
Furthermore the new tool RW Analyze is available, which is used by the tutorial.
In their newsletter Rockstar Games today officially announced the next GTA game, which will be named San Andreas. Release will be October 19th in the USA and October 22nd across Europe exclusively for Playstation 2.
Expect more information to be released on the official website soon.
